The power behind Earth’s minerals can be felt the minute you put a crystal in your hands or near your physical body. Crystals are the treasures of the earth. These stones are filled with energy to be used. Any crystal can be programmed for a particular intention.  Intention is a thing intended; a plan or a goal.  Manifesting that intention is the process of making it happen.  “The world is full of good intentions….”, BUT it is meaningless if you don’t do anything about it!
Some crystals have additional properties relative to intention. These include: apophylite (mirror), lepidolite, quartz (clear), sapphire and a personal favorite, obsidian.
Mirror Apophyllite
This has the reflective qualities of being able to receive back what intentions are sent into the “mirror’ of this stone. It has been used for centuries in India in the “art of gazing”. One Mirror Apophyllite is usually passed down from generation to generation. It is often called upon to reflect doings from the past to its user, in order to see both the good and the bad aspects of a families’ past. Allowing the gazer to be aware of and work on improving the deficiencies from within. It provides a clear and absolute connection between the physical bodies and the astral bodies of its user. Mirror Apophyllite is an extremely powerful crystal and will also enrich the users’ intuitive capacities by stimulating the Third Eye Chakra.
Lepidolite
Lepidolite is a lithium-mica. It is high in lithium and was originally mined for the mineral. Calms and relaxes. Gently eases intensity of feelings, stress, mood swings, depression, manic-depression, self-criticism, anxiety, addictions, worrying. Brings hope, relief, gentleness, self-love, patience, self-forgiveness, unworried sleep, mental/emotional balance, well-being. For master gland and immune system, skin, DNA. Balances Brow Chakra with new spiritual love. Fragile; salt water cleanse may cause it to break apart.
Clear Quartz
Clear Quartz is thought to amplify both body energy and thoughts. It can assist in the creation of power, clarity of thinking, meditation, cleansing, clearing the aura, spiritual development and healing. Clear Quartz is considered the “stone of power”. Amplify whatever influences are present in an individual or location. Acts as a purifier and tunes into the frequency of each individual. Will unblock specific areas or organs blocked from transmitting or receiving the flow of energy throughout the body. Helpful in guiding our search for the meaning and importance of existence. Helps in meditation. Â It will amplify the effects of individual stones and attune the treatment to the energy of an individual person.
Sapphire
Sapphire is helpful for communication, insight, intuition, clairaudience, inspiration, spiritual prayer/devotion, peacefulness. Especially for the Throat Chakra. Also: wisdom, will, centering, cheerfulness, luck. Reduces radiation effects, anxiety, procrastination. Some effects subtle. May strengthen by posing challenges to overcome. Sapphires are rare and beautiful and they can help to set an intention and manifest it by helping you pay attention!
Obsidian
This is a strong grounding stone and is known as”the protector“. It is said to “mirror one’s soul. This stone brings about objectivity, dis-attachment and is grounding. It reduces fantasy and escapism. Absorbs and dissolves anger, criticism, fear, and therefore, is protective. This unusual black stone absorbs darkness and converts it to white light energy. It is a warm and friendly stone, which is used at the Root Chakra, encouraging ones survival instincts and self-awareness.
