I remember having a teacher who would leave much of her daily choices up to her pendulum.
“Should I eat this food today?” “Do I need these vitamins?'” “Should I go to this grocery store?” Well, you get the idea. On some level, she loved the game. On another level, she took her answers very seriously.
How do we determine a yes or no response when using our pendulum? To determine a yes or no answer using a pendulum, hold the pendulum over a chart with designated “yes” and “no” areas, then ask your question clearly; if the pendulum swings towards the “yes” area, the answer is considered “yes,” and if it swings towards the “no” area, the answer is considered “no.”
But, sans a chart… What do you do?
Before asking significant questions, it’s often recommended to “calibrate” your pendulum by asking a question with a known answer to confirm the swing direction for “Yes” and “No”.
Hold your pendulum perfectly still over your palm or over a neutral area such as a table.
Ask the pendulum to determine the direction for “Yes”. Give it time as the pendulum determines your answer.
Once your direction is determined, reset the pendulum the same way and ask it to determine the “No” direction.
Ninety-five percent of the time, the pendulum determines “No” in the opposite direction. If it does not…. start over by asking the pendulum to determine your “Yes” direction.
Key points to remember:
Set up your chart:
Create a simple chart with clear “yes” and “no” sections, ensuring you are comfortable with the layout.
Hold the pendulum properly:
Grip the pendulum string between your thumb, forefinger, and middle finger of your dominant hand, allowing it to swing freely.
Ask a clear question:
Formulate your question as a simple yes or no query.
Interpret the swing:
Observe the pendulum’s swing direction; if it moves towards the “yes” section, the answer is considered “yes,” and if it moves towards the “no” section, it’s considered “no”.
Important considerations:
Mindset:
Maintaining a focused and open mind is crucial when using a pendulum, as it’s believed to be influenced by subconscious thoughts and intentions.
Skeptical approach:
While some individuals use pendulums for decision-making, it’s important to remember that there is no scientific consensus supporting the accuracy of pendulum readings, and they should be treated with a healthy dose of awareness.
