Angel of Strength
What makes us strong? You need to find the right balance that works for you. Strength is about relinquishing weakness, gaining courage and releasing limitations.
1. Courage: is extending yourself beyond your own limitations. Courage is defined as the risk of losing something for the benefit of benefit of something else. Courage is the idea of standing up for what you believe in. Courage is powered by love. It says that you love someone one or something so much that you are willing to take the risk for it.
2. The belief in yourself: We will find strength when we truly believe in ourselves. The more you believe in yourself, the more you will definitely accomplish. When we face situations that are near physical or mental impossibilities, then it is our belief system, or belief in ourselves, that determines IF it is possible.
3. Let Things Go: Learn to let things go once in a while. Learn to recognize the things that do not really have great impact in your life and allow yourself to let them go — and then not beat yourself up for doing so.
4. Confidence Empowers Strength: Allow confidence in your life and you will let in strength. Being sure of yourself, without doubting or second guessing is the road to confidence. Confidence gives you power and the side effect, is that it makes you even more beautiful! Have the guts to not care what others think and you will become empowered with confidence, which lends itself to great strength.
