1. Trust vs Fear: You already know yourself to some degree, and you can understand your thoughts and ways of thinking. Getting in touch with these thoughts is the difference between trust vs fear. The older we get the more secure we feel we must be. Our society teaches that we must grow up, take responsibility and find our place in the world. These (fear driven) teachings are often misinterpreted. As creatures of habit, we like stability, we like to be sure in our knowledge. We are often afraid of what we can really do because we would have to face the consequences and take responsibility for them. Therefore, we tend to go with what is easy, with what makes sense and follow “the road most secure”. This is fear based thinking. Trusting is the path to stronger psychic awareness. The ability to trust is based on the one true fact that we are all beings of energy and light that can transmit, transform and transport on every level. We are a mind, a body and a spirit all interconnected. Trusting this connection, bringing truth in all things.

2. Visualize: See. It is important to see how we are influenced by our perceived realities. We are all familiar with the basic degrees of waking, dreaming, and fatigued states of consciousness. We tend to ignore these states of consciousness without paying attention to how our mind functions and perceptions change within each state. The visualization of each state can help us to become more in tune to our feelings and the different perceptions they offer.
