Bone Spur Treatment Trio
Bone spurs most commonly found on the heel, as well as on the neck, shoulders, spine and hips.
Bone spurs are associated with chronic inflammation, which can cause calcium to accumulate near joints and tendons as seen in arthritis, tendonitis and spurs.
