The Chakra Test

The energy of our Chakra are constantly changing. They take in and express out the energy we attract or repel. The circumstances of our lives also alter the “flow” and interactions the Chakra have with each other and the environment. This ebb and flow of energy moves between interacting, balancing and rebalancing.

Evaluate your energies

If you’d like a better sense of your own state of wholeness and balance, and to be able to identify your strengths and weaknesses, then answer the following 20 questions.

Each response is based on who you are and your likes and dislikes. We suggest you pick your best answer. If more than one answers applies to you, then choose that too.

Your choices will reflect where you “put your energy”.  It may not necessarily be an excess or deficiency. (under-active or over-active), but will reflect which areas are more open and which are less so. You will find a very helpful evaluation at the end of this quiz with great suggestions for improving your goals, NOW!

Numbers, colors, emotions and all your answers represent the Chakra:
1 = Root
2 = Spleen/Sacral
3 = Solar Plexus
4 = Heart
5 = Throat
6 = Third Eye
7 = Crown
