They contain no preservatives, pharmaceuticals or artificial colors. The Chinese classification of tea is different from that of the West. Tian Hong Red Tea – Black tea is a type of fully fermented tea and its infusion has a bright reddish color. This tea is characterized by its bright and lustrous color, fresh flavor and mellow taste.

Oolong Tea, Fu Jian – Oolong tea is a semi-fermented tea. After brewing, each tea leaf presents two different color: the fermented part is reddish and the unfermented part is still green – resulting in “green tea with red edges”. Oolong tea is well known for its delicate fragrance, mellow taste and long lasting sweet aftertaste. This tea is beautiful, tasty, full bodied, healthy tea. Highly recommended for those that enjoy the health benefits of green tea but have a hard time with its lingering, taste.

Ceylon Red Tea– Ceylon tea comes from partially fermenting young tea leaves and is revered as a lively classic with a smooth taste that is not to bitter to the palate. It makes a very nice afternoon tea and works great with snacks.

Ceylon Orange Pekoe Tea– Ceylon tea comes from partially fermenting young tea leaves and is revered as a lively classic with a smooth taste that is not too bitter to the palate. It makes a very nice afternoon tea and works great with snacks. A very robust and fragrant tea blend sure to give you pleasure! Contains caffeine.

Gunpowder Green Tea– Green tea is a non-fermented tea which retains the freshness of tea leaves. Green tea is characterized by its green color, delicate aroma, mellow taste and beautiful shape. If green tea is made in a glass, people can appreciate the beautiful dancing of the tender tea leaves and buds. Green tea is tender and delicate. Gunpowder tea is astringent and mildly bitter and you can add a very small pinch of Stevia or Spearmint to soften the taste. Contains caffeine.

Jasmine Tea, Floral – Jasmine tea is characterized by tea flavor as well as the fragrance of jasmine flower. Top grade Jasmine tea always has enduring fragrance and unforgettable aftertaste. Jasmine tea is made through scenting tea with fresh flower buds. This fabulous “all purpose” tea is full of flavor! Contains caffeine.

White Peony Green Tea, Special Grade – White tea is a light-fermented tea and is characterized by white floss (hairy leaf-buds) on the tea leaves. The most popular one is the “white peony”. White Peony looks like a peony flower, with silver bud in the middle of its green leaves. White tea give out delicate fragrance with an apricot yellow color and taste mellow and mild.

Pu Er Tea – It hails from Pu’er county in the XiShuangbanna region of Yunnan Province in China. The tea is therefore named after Pu’er, its collection and distribution center. Besides the round shaped “tea cake”, Pu’er tea is compressed into other forms which are known as “tea curl” and “tea brick”. They can be conveniently stored and transported. The older the Pu’er tea, the more fragrant it is.
