Yoga is not mind over body. It is harmony between them. In yoga, the mind is used to perceive and guide the body. Not to “control” it and never to force it.
Inspired by the Vedic tradition, the Om symbol represents the sacred sound of creation. In Sanskrit, this mystic symbol represents Brahman. It is described in the sacred texts of Hinduism as the sound that creates and sustains the cosmos. It is thought that by repeating this sound (A, U, M), the whole world – past, present and future – are encapsulated.
These semi-precious, heart-shaped crystals are ideal for empowerment and healing! Each Om stone heart is approximately 1 3/4 inch in diameter. All come with silver-plated chain and satin pouch.
