It will begin to smolder, releasing the intense fragrance of these fine herbs. Anise is a pure form of herbal incense.
For a delicious tea, add two stars to a cup or mug. Pour hot water over them and cover the top of the cup. Let them steep for 5 minutes before drinking. Add sweetener to taste.
I use only organic herbs, barks, twigs, stems and flowers as herbal incense.
