*NOTE: All orders are shipped by United States Post Office with priority mail. Orders usually take 4-6 days to prepare depending on items ordered and quantity. THEN, items are shipped after that and usually take 3-4 business days for shipping time, unless they are shipped internationally.
RUSH ORDERS
Rush orders can also be sent by either Express Mail, UPS or Fed Ex Air starting at $25.00. Call for details. Call 917 843 3623 ask for Rush Order Department. Global Express and INTERNATIONAL Rush Air service depends on size and weight of orders. Starting price is $145.00. Delivery time is usually 3-4 business days.
CANADIAN ORDERS
Orders to Canada are $38.00 for shipping. All orders can be processed either online with a check or money order or over the phone.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Orders Internationally are $48.00 for shipping. We accept all orders from outside the United States. Payments can also be arranged by sending a bank/cashier's check or we also accept the PAYPAL SEND MONEY feature.

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days in unused, like-new, 100% saleable condition and in original manufacturers packaging. NO returns on home study courses, DVD, or CD's. All damage and shortage claims should be made within 3 days of delivery. If damaged upon arrival you have the right to refuse the order. Call Customer Care Center at 917-843-3623 to report damages. A refund will be issued to the original credit card within 1 -2 billing cycles once items are returned. We do not refund the cost of shipping. Restocking fee may apply.
