When ordering a massage table, your optional headrest and carry case are packed within the table box and NO additional shipping charges are added.
When ordering a table with one of the stock colors, the turn around time is 48 hours. If ordering a table in a color OTHER THAN a stock color, it takes 7 days to customize the table with your choosen color.
In all cases the shipping by FedEx is then approximately 7-10 days.
Shipping within the United States for most portable tables, chairs and accessories fall under these UPS guidelines. The Rolling Stool and Travelmate have an additional $15.00 charge per item. Accessories that are shipped seperately incur a $9.50 additional shipping and handling charge for up to 2 items, $13.50 for up to 4 items, $19.00 for up to 6 items.
Table legs that are custom-made to be longer than the standard choices are charged an additional $25.00
FedEx can also AIR SHIP PORTABLE tables and chairs in the United States and Puerto Rico, Next day- $185.00 or 2nd day- $135.00
For Air shipping of SPIRIT 35" wide tables, they incur a $50.00 additional surcharge.
Stock table items are shipped out within 48-72 hours. Custom-made tables are shipped out approximately 5-7 days. FedEx ground shipping then takes 7-10 days for delivery.
Shipping prices are $49.00 in the Continental United States.

What is the best table width for me?
It depends on your height. The most popular width is 30 inches. This provides both comfort to your clients and you, the therapist. Therapists that are 5'4" or shorter typically will chose a table that is 28 inches in width or narrower. The narrow width not only makes it easier for you to work on your clients, it also weighs less and is easier to transport.
What working height should be used?
The average height range is 23 to 33 inches. This range is typically comfortable for therapists between 5 and 6 feet tall. A therapist who is over 6 feet tall would be advised to order the "extra long legs" option that will extend the height range to 36 inches.
What is the difference between the deluxe and standard adjustable headrests?
Both of the available headrests are manufactured to rigorous specifications, are easily adjusted with one hand and have a wide range of positive stops. Also, they fold out of the way when they are not in use.
The Deluxe Adjustable headrest, however, adds a new dimension to adjustability and comfort. In addition to tilting to any desired angle, it can be adjusted vertically, to custom fit your clients.
What weight will your products support?
All of our table are designed and manufactured with the safety of the therapist and their clients in mind and are rigorously tested. All of our portable and stationary tables are designed to easily hold over 2,000 pounds.
The Avila portable massage chair is easily adjustable for comfort and can support a child and adults up to 350 pounds.
Our electronic lift line of tables also have superior lifting weight capacities. The Ellora has a lifting weight capacity of 450 pounds with a lifetime warranty on the frame and a 5 year warranty on the motor. The Everest and Calistoga both have a capacity of lifting 400 pounds with many tilt options.
How soon can I get my table?
We can ship stock tables to you in as little as 48 hours. Stock tables are the tables we have available in the stock colors listed above. Special order and non-stock tables are typically ready to be shipped within 7-10 days after your order is received and processed. All items will be shipped out of our production facility in Southern California. Actual shipping times will vary depending on the ship to location and shipping service requested.
