It's packed with so much wonderful information that I've printed it out and will read and meditate over it. I suffer severe headaches and migraines, cluster headaches, allergy headaches and I wake up and go to sleep with headaches that are caused by sleep apnea and a small non cancerous tumor on my pituitary (on the brain behind the eyes). I do use lavender essential oil every day in soy candles, foot soaks, baths, diffusers, etc but I was surprised to see that other essential oils will help too."
