Menalite or Goddess stone, is a silicate-calcium based stone that is most noted for its attention to the sacred feminine. It is also associated with the wise crone of wisdom, addressing menopause, the aging spirit and great knowledge.

The Algonquin Indians used their fairy stones in rituals and seasonal blessings. Spirit quartz and crackle quartz are used as healing and meditation tools, while chiastolite is popular around Easter and Christmas.

These stones are good for all cleansing rituals! One can be placed in a bowl of water or in bath water (for detoxing and de-stressing) to ensure peaceful sleep and protects against nightmares, soothing anxiety issues. Add your stone to your bath water, You may want to add 15 drops of soothing lavender essential oil and 5 drops of clary sage and relax in your bath for 15-20 minutes.
